Our Requirements

  • Prime locations in town, within its central district, and ideally situated on principal roads with prominent road frontage. Easy access and strong pedestrian or traffic flow
  • Minimum 4,500 sq. feet and above with ground floor of the premise or main sales area on the ground floor
  • Minimum power load of 90Kw
  • High visibility of VIVA signage(s) on the premise facade
  • Ready logistical access for loading and unloading
  • Customer Friendly
  • Parking lots with ease access and located in close proximity to the store

  • A site boundary plan
  • A brief description of the site
  • Premise or shop layout
  • Introduction of the premise
  • Power load sheet schedule
